The Perfect SetUp was created in October of 2003 by entreprenuer Wendy Burkhard. After several years in the model home merchandising industry as well as serving private clients and their personal residences, Wendy completed the ASP Course offered by Barb Schwarz, from Staged Homes, an educational training program for the Home Staging Industry. Here she earned her ASP Designation (Accredited Staging Professional) which is currently the only nationally recognized designation in the industry.
Wendy’s background also includes her formal education from Florida State University earning her a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design. She has been a local Realtor here in the valley since 2004.
